About this event
Join us on the last Sunday of each month for morning guided and silent meditation at the Soul Healing Center for those who are new and experienced in mediation. Offered by Ayya Suvijjānā and Ayya Niyyānika, two Bhikkhunīs sharing their practice from the Theravada tradition in the Pacific Northwest.
