About this event
Join us on Friday evenings at the Soul Healing Center for guided and silent meditation for mindfulness of the body, breathing and loving kindness, for those who are new and experienced in mediation. Offered by Ayya Suvijjānā and Ayya Niyyānika, two Bhikkhunīs sharing their practice from the Theravada tradition in the Pacific Northwest. Dhamma questions and discussion welcomed following mediation.
