The Olympia Design Review Board conditionally approved a four-story expansion of TVW’s building at 1058 Capitol Way S on Thursday, Jan.
22. The project adds interactive exhibits, media-learning spaces, offices and a flexible event hall while requiring improvements to exterior lighting and façade design for better pedestrian safety.
