Olympia Ecosystems (a local environmental group) requested that officials reverse the city's SEPA determination allowing the West Bay Yards development at 1210 West Bay Drive to proceed without a full Environmental Impact Statement.
The group said converting aquatic habitat to upland will cause irreversible harm and urged a public review.
