- ➤ The Washington State Attorney General is suing Albertsons, Safeway, and Haggen — three retailers — for overcharging customers during BOGO promotions. A Gig Harbor location raised a bottle of olive oil's price from $6.99 to $10.99, and over 3 million transactions were affected from October 2019 to May 2024. South Sound News
