- ➤ Relay for Life of Thurston County presented by TwinStar Credit Union will return to North Thurston High School on June 21-22 to mark 40 years since the event began in 1985 while offering themed laps, on-field activities, food trucks—car show, and a Luminaria Ceremony to honor those affected by cancer. Organizers will use the event to raise funds for cancer research and support, with over $300,000 already raised toward a $500,000 goal. ThurstonTalk
