- ➤ The City of Olympia launched a new high-tech curbside recycling program today to reduce contaminated materials and guide residents on proper recycling. Selected households will receive postcards with instructions as the project—using cameras, computers, and GPS on recycling trucks—is implemented in partnership with the Department of Ecology, The Recycling Partnership, and Prairie Robotics.
