- ➤ Thurston County deputies said Wayne Curry, owner of Kraftwerk K9 off 183rd Avenue Southwest in Rochester, fatally shot his employee during a video shoot using live ammunition—Curry was charged with manslaughter after appearing in Thurston County Court amid witnesses describing chaotic emotions. - ➤ On June 4, the Olympia Site Plan Review Committee met to review plans for a new 20,000-square-foot crisis stabilization clinic at 509 McPhee Road SW.
