The Olympia School District is set to present a recommended 2026-27 budget to the school board today at 6:30 p.m. at Knox Administrative Building (111 Bethel St. NE) amid concerns over declining enrollment and rising costs; a public hearing will follow on June 25.
Port of Olympia’s Port Plaza will host the Olympia-Lacey Fan Zone tomorrow, June 19, where fans can watch the USA vs. Australia match at noon on two LED screens and enjoy local food, live music, an 11 a.m. canoe performance and Queen Mother’s set at 2:30 p.m.; tickets cost $10.
