Olympia residents can vote for sculptures in the 2026 Percival Plinth Project, an art exhibition open from July 1 until July 31 at Percival Landing plus a kickoff event is set for Saturday, July 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the large pavilion.

A weeklong road improvement project will impact 4th Avenue and Plum Street in Olympia starting Monday, July 6, with work beginning at 6 p.m. — temporary parking restrictions, lane closures and detours will guide traffic.
