A Wednesday, July 15 meeting by Washington State Department of Ecology revealed a new design for Olympia’s 5th Avenue Bridge replacement that features protected bike lanes, a trail for shared use and a roundabout for the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project, with construction set to take five to six years.
