- ➤ The Port of Olympia is talking with developer Urban Olympia about leasing three fenced East Bay parcels near Hands On Children’s Museum and Westman Mills for an 87-unit mixed-use housing project. Port staff signed a 180-day exclusive deal and may invest up to $50,000 in planning as they work to include 40 workforce housing units and address environmental checks (such as soil contamination reviews and the nearby Moxlie Creek).
