An atmospheric river flooded western Washington yesterday, knocking out power for 3,181 homes on PSE’s grid and 407 through Mason County PUD across Kitsap, Pierce, King, Snohomish, and Thurston counties.
Puget Sound Energy advised residents to follow safety guidelines if flooding affects power sources.
