  • ➤ The City invites Washington and Oregon artists to apply for the 2026 Percival Plinth Project on the downtown waterfront, with installations planned for June. Up to 18 sculptures will be selected to receive a $1,000 honorarium and one chosen by vote for a Peoples' Prize award of up to $10,000.  JOLT
