The Environments We Create We don’t move through life alone. Every interaction brings together people with their own experiences, expectations, and perspectives. We help shape the spaces we share with others, and they help shape them too. Sometimes we notice that happening. Sometimes we don’t.

What we say, what we do, and how we show up affects the people around us. Sometimes it shows up in ways we intend and sometimes in ways we don’t. We can’t control someone else’s experience of us, but their experience can still tell us something worth noticing. So this week we ask: What kind of environments are we helping create? Whether it's your first time or you've been with us for the long journey, you're welcome to pull up a chair by the fire, listen, and join the conversation.
