Olympia Artspace Alliance Crystal Gala

Olympia Artspace Alliance (OAA) invites the community to celebrate local creativity at its Crystal Gala on Friday, December 4, 2026, from 7 to 11 pm at the Olympia Ballroom. The festive evening will bring together artists, arts organizations and community supporters for art auctions, music, dancing and fundraising to support Olympia’s creative community.

The Crystal Gala will feature both live and silent art auctions, opportunities to connect with local arts and cultural organizations, guest speakers, refreshments and a cash bar. Proceeds will support OAA’s 2027 programming, including initiatives that create opportunities for local artists and bring art into public spaces.

The evening’s central focus is supporting artists directly. Participating artists will receive 60% of the proceeds from their artwork sales, and funds raised for OAA will help sustain programs such as artist space grants and Art in Olympia’s Storefronts, which transforms vacant storefront windows into public art installations.

Beyond fundraising, the CrystalGala offers an opportunity to celebrate the people and organizations that makeOlympia’s arts community vibrant. Guests can discover local artists, learn about creative initiatives taking place throughout the city and connect with others who believe in the value of a thriving arts scene.

An Evening of Art and Celebration

The evening’s festivities include:

· 7–8:30 pm | Cocktail Hour and Art Preview: Guests can mingle,

enjoy refreshments, visit with local arts organizations and preview artwork

available in the auctions.

· 8:30–9:30 pm | Art Auction: The live auction will showcase work by

participating artists, with proceeds benefiting both the artists and OAA’s

future programming.

· 9:30–11 pm | Dancing: The celebration continues with music and

dancing at the Olympia Ballroom.

Tickets are $35 per person, and the event is open to guests ages 18 and older. A no-host bar will be available.
