Living With Intention Much of what we experience in life is outside our control. Life keeps happening regardless of our plans, and even the choices we do make can lead somewhere we didn’t expect. At the same time, it’s easy to move through our days on autopilot, following habits and routines without really noticing what we are choosing. So how can we participate more deliberately in the life that is happening around us?

This week, we explore what living intentionally in an uncertain world can look like. It’s not about controlling everything around us or trying to maximize every moment. Where do we have agency even when we can’t choose the circumstances? How do we become more aware of the choices we are making? And how can we bring the way we live a little closer to what we say we value?
