TCBA Annual Holiday Lunch

Please join us at the TCBA Annual Holiday Luncheon!

Dec ember 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Indian Summer Golf & Country Club

(5900 Troon Lane SE, Olympia)

Cost: $60 for TCBA Members, Staff & Guests

Please register and pre-pay online by Friday, November 27, 2026, or mail a check for $60 to TCBA, PO Box 1653, Olympia, WA 98507.

Once your check or online payment is received you will be placed on the RSVP list. Cost at the door is $65, but it is limited to space available.

(If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund before the final count has been submitted to the venue, transaction fees are non-refundable.)

Buffet to Include:

Baby spinach tossed with crumbled feta, toasted pecans, and crisp apple slices, finished with a zesty lemon Dijon drizzle and a hint of maple, herb roasted parmesan chicken, winter white truffle mashed potatoes, warm rolls with butter, and homemade holiday treats.

Please indicate when you register if you prefer a vegetarian or vegan meal.

Adopt-A-Family

The Thurston County Bar Association will be accepting donations for the Annual Salvation Army Adopt-A-Family Safeway gift cards for the families, but will not have

individual family members available to adopt at the lunch. If you or your firm would like to donate to the Adopt-A-Family program for Safeway gift cards, but are unable

to attend the luncheon, please donate on the TCBA website: https://thurstoncountybar.com/donate/ or send your donation to: TCBA, PO Box 1653, Olympia, WA 98507. Please make checks payable to TCBA. Please donate online or send donations by Monday, November 30. Please indicate Adopt-A-Family online or on the check. If you would like to sponsor a family this year, please

contact Heather at tcba.info@gmail.com by November 25, 2026.
