- ➤ Today, the Olympia City Council reaffirmed its Sanctuary City commitment amid concerns that ICE agents have detained residents and allegedly deported some without due process. City officials said they will not share information with ICE and are working with state congressional leaders to hold the agency accountable — urging residents to know and exercise their rights. JOLT
