On July 6, a 20-year-old woman was arrested by Olympia police after she punched another woman in a parking lot on Franklin Street NE, leaving her with a broken wrist and possible broken nose.

The suspect, Jarah Brenda Humphrey, is scheduled for arraignment on July 22 in Thurston County Superior Court—she has denied the charges.

The Port of Olympia plans to create a huge mural on the marine terminal warehouse that has not been repainted since 1985.
